Mining & Mineral Resources
RGG’s mining portfolio spans gold, chrome, lithium, nickel, coal, rare earth minerals, and quarry operations across Zimbabwe – representing one of the most diversified licensed mineral asset portfolios available to investors and buyers in the region today. From greenfield development opportunities to previously mined assets with documented geological history, every mining asset in our portfolio is licensed, mandated and structured for investor-backed development through a dedicated SPV with full legal protections under Zimbabwe’s investment framework.
Mining Exploration
Before a mine produces, it must be properly explored, assessed and proven. Rand Global Group provides structured access to exploration-stage assets across Africa – giving investors the opportunity to participate at the earliers and most value-accretive stage of the mining development cycle. Our exploration activity is underpinned by experienced geological assessment, existing historical data where available, and a legal framework that secures exploration rights before capital is committed.
Infrastructure Development
Africa’s infrastructure gap is one of the regions most significant commercial challenges – and one of its most compelling investment opportunities. Rand Global Group is actively developing infrastructure assets across road-asjacent commercial development, bulk fuel storage and distribution infrastructure, agricultural processing facilities and community commercial infrastructure. Each project is structured to generate predictable, long-term returns from essential services that the growing population and commercial activity demand.
Energy
Southern Africa faces a structural energy deficit – and that deficit represents one of the regions most compelling infrastructure investment opportunities. Rand Global Group’s energy portfolio includes Rand Global Petroleum, a Zimbabwe-based petroleum supply, distribution and retail operation targeting initial throughput of 20 million litres per month scaling to 30 million litres per month, with a strategic focus on northbound supply to Zambia. Beyond petroleum, RGG is developing renewable energy integration opportunities and property asset base- including floating solar plant capability on key farm holdings.
